Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 300 grams
- Pickled cucumber as required
- Barbecue masala 1 tbsp
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lettuce leaves to taste
- Olives to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- salt to taste
- Long buns or pita bread 6 to 8 pieces
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Hummus as required
- Garlic maya sauce as required
Method:
In a pat, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the pieces of chicken and cook for 3-4 minuts.
Add the barbecue masala, black pepper and salt. cook till the chicken is tender.
Remove from heat.
Slice the pita bread or buns half way own the middle.
Place the lettuce leaves, hummus, garlic mayo sauce, chicken pickled cucumbers, olives and
tomatoes on the bread.
Delicious shawarma is ready.
