Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onions Ginger/ garlic paste
- Wheat flour as required
- Ground coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Heat clarified butter in a pot and add chopped onions.
- When the onions are slightly golden, add ginger/garlic paste and then add mutton and cook till it changes colour.
- Add salt,ground red chillies, turmeric powder, coriander seeds and cumin seeds and mix well. Add water to tenderize mutton and let it cook.
- In a bowl make a thick mixture of water and wheat flour.
- when the meat is tender, add the wheat flour mixture to it and let it cook till thick..
- Kunna is ready.
