Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken 200 gm
- (Cut into small pieces)
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- Chinese Salt 1/3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Basil ½ cup
- Tomato 1
- Spring Onions 2
- Green Chillies 3-4
- Chicken Cube 1
- Eggs 2
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken pieces and fry till they change colour.
- Now add eggs, black pepper, salt, Soya souce, chicken cube, tomato,garlic and chopped green chillies and fry these.
- Add Chinese salt and basil to the chicken pieces after they are properly fried.
- Mix the boiled rice in the mixture.
- After cooking for 5 minutes, mix chopped spring onion in this.
Serving suggestion:-
Delicious basil chicken rice is ready.Serve with
raita and salad.
