Chicken fillet 6

Honey 3

Lemons 2

White vinegar 2

Soya sauce 2
tbsp

Mustard powder 1
tsp

White chilli powder 1 tsp

Salt to
taste

Oil 1

Method:
- Use a steak hammer to flatten the chicken spices.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with all the spices throughly, and leave to rest.
- Heat a pan and put a lilltle bit of oil on it.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan.
- Cook the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes on either side.
- Once golden brown, add a splash of water and immediately remove from the pan.

Delicious chicken steak is ready to be served hot.
