CHICKEN STEAK


Ingredients:

·        Chicken fillet                       6              
·        Honey                                3 tbsp                                                    
·        Lemons                              2                        
·        White vinegar                     2 tbsp              
·        Soya sauce                         2 tbsp                   
·        Mustard powder                 1 tsp         
·        White chilli powder             1 tsp    
·        Salt                                     to taste                                
·        Oil                                      1 tsp                                

Method:

  1.        Use a steak hammer to flatten the chicken spices.
  2.        In a bowl, mix the chicken with all the  spices throughly, and leave to rest.
  3.        Heat a pan and put a lilltle bit of oil on it.
  4.        Place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan.
  5.        Cook the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes on either side.
  6.        Once golden brown, add a splash of water and immediately remove from the pan.

Serving suggestion:-

  Delicious chicken steak is ready to be served hot.
